Back in 2019, we proudly partnered with flooring contractor AC Build on one of London’s standout residential projects, the Damac Tower, located in the Nine Elms neighbourhood.
Over the course of the long-term project, we supplied them with 1,700 tubs of our MXA300 Contract Wood Floor Adhesive to bond a staggering 80,000m² of hardwood flooring throughout the 50-storey building’s 360 luxury homes.

This wasn’t just any installation. Damac Tower, designed in collaboration with Versace Home, demanded nothing less than excellence at every level, from its design through to its performance on site.

Big Flooring Projects Call for Smart Logistics

On a busy site like Damac Tower, storage was extremely tight, with only 1-2 pallets able to be held at a time. That’s where our refined, ‘Just-in-Time’ delivery service came in handy.
Our team worked closely with AC Build to schedule deliveries, sometimes with just 24 hours’ notice, ensuring every tub arrived on site exactly when needed. No delays, no time-wasting and no headaches.
With narrow delivery windows and restricted access across the site, our coordination made sure installations kept moving without a hitch.
A Landmark That Still Stands Tall
Today, Damac Tower remains a standout on London’s South Bank, blending contemporary glass architecture with unmistakable Italian luxury. From rooftop winter gardens to a 23rd-floor pool with skyline views, every inch of the building was crafted to impress.
