After 5 years leading the company as Managing Director, John Chambers is shifting his focus to his Managing Director role at composite decking and cladding supplier, Trekker, and handing over the baton to Karl. As John continues to be a Director at Marldon, Karl will be responsible for heading up the company and driving growth.
A family member and key stakeholder in the company since 2005, along with the other Directors, Vincent and Gavin, Karl has taken on many roles throughout the company over the years where he has made valued contributions to the business from an operational and managerial perspective.
“After watching the Marldon brand grow from strength-to-strength over the years, bringing it to the forefront of the business in 2024 was an amazing milestone for the company,” says Karl. “I’m looking forward to drawing on my expertise in the industry to drive the business forward, working with our valued customers, suppliers and team.”
