- This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older
- To be eligible for a chance to win a pair of Beats Solo 3 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, entrants must purchase any quantity of MXA100 adhesive (650122).
- The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. We will contact the winner by telephone and email. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct.
- Marldon reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning claim. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
- By accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as may be reasonably required by Marldon, including the use of their name and image in promotional material. The winner must also agree to providing Marldon with an image of them with their prize – either tagged on social media or sent directly to Marldon.
- We will aim to dispatch the prize on a next day delivery service on the 21st October but this will rely on successful contact with the prize winner. Where contact cannot be made before 3pm, the prize will be dispatched next working day.
