Introducing Marldon’s MXS170 Textured Primer – an effective, ready-to-use rapid-drying and adhesion promoting primer that is ideal for use on both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors and surfaces.
Our MXS170 Primer can be used on a wide range of substrates including:
● Existing ceramic flooring
● Existing vinyl flooring
● Flooring grade asphalt and bitumen
● Epoxy DPMs
This textured primer can also be used on timber, concrete, sand/concrete screed, porcelain natural stone, and metal, as well as for use with underfloor heating systems.
When applied to the subfloor, MXS170 provides a textured surface which gives an excellent bonding surface for smoothing compounds and screeds.
