Introducing the Marldon MXA500 wood floor adhesive (glue) – a high strength, low solvent based advanced synthetic resin adhesive for use with hardwood flooring.

This Marldon hardwood rigid set wood floor adhesive provides ideal surface bonding for mosaic, parquet wood blocks and other variants of timber flooring.

This adhesive is compatible for use over suitably prepared common porous substrates including concrete, wood, porous natural stone, sand and cement screeds, as well as anhydrite/Calcium Sulphate surfaces. It is also ideal for where traces of bitumen are present on reclaimed blocks.

MXA500 is compatible with the majority of Marldon subfloor preparation products excluding Marldon MXS 140 rapid damp proof membrane.

For compatibility confirmation with the underfloor heating system present and other uncommon substrates, please contact our technical services department. Not suitable for direct application on non-porous substrates.

Coverage Rate: Approx 0.6-1KG per M² with 4mm or B6 triangular notch trowel.
Storage: Temperatures must not fall below +5˚C or exceed +25˚C during storage or transportation. Store in stable dry conditions between 5°C and 25°C
Shelf Life: 24 months when stored as recommended in unopened packaging.
Packaging: Available in a 15.5KG metal tin with protective metal seal.
Working Time: Approx. 10-15 mins depending on atmospheric conditions.
